Back in business (almost)
OK, it was a great workout except I was not able to keep up with the class. Guess it is because I still haven’t recovered completely yet. Mental reps and muscle control
Geez it’s been a week since I last touched iron, can’t do as I caught a pretty bad cold. I’m on my way to full recovery though. Hopefully I’m gonna be able to practice on Tuesday next week. Since my hindered status I’ve just re-discovered the importance of mental reps associated with muscle control. Got a good muscle control practice in the tub haha.
